We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:
Orders are shipped only within India.
Standard delivery time is 7–8 working days, excluding public holidays and unforeseen courier delays.
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.
After 24 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
In case the customer cancels the order then payment gateway charges will be deducted.( 2.5 % or 3%).
Miss Jewels LLP follows a No Return and No Refund Policy except in cases where a wrong or damaged product has been received and the claim is approved according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
