Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Miss Jewels LLP, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation requests received after 24 hours will not be accepted, as order processing begins shortly after confirmation.

Refund Policy

We maintain a No Refund Policy for successfully delivered orders except where we determine that the customer has received a wrong or damaged product.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Dislike of the product
• Incorrect order placed by the customer
• Minor colour variations caused by display settings
• Delay caused by courier partners beyond our control

Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, you must:

1. 1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Send an unedited unboxing video clearly showing the unopened package being opened.
3. Share clear photos of the product.
4. Send a copy of the invoice and packaging slip.

After verification, if your claim is approved:

• We will ask you to courier the product back to our registered address.
• The product must be unused, with original packaging, tags, invoice, and accessories (if any).
• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will reimburse your reasonable return courier charges.
• We will send a replacement product if available. If a replacement is unavailable, we will provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Miss Jewels LLP reserves the right to reject claims where sufficient evidence is not provided or where the product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
